3. Orders
An order becomes subject to processing after payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued. As a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operator, we maintain internal oversight of our order preparation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, and contact information when placing an order to prevent dispatch delays.
4. Delivery and Customs
Orders are managed internally and normally dispatched using recognised international carriers, including services provided by DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority, depending on destination and operational availability. The estimated delivery time is generally 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Price Transparency & Taxes: To ensure a seamless cross-border experience for our European market, all international shipments are operated under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping model. This means that all applicable import duties, customs clearings, and local taxes are handled and paid directly by Productosparaviverismo. There are no hidden fees or unexpected customs charges for the customer upon delivery.
During the fulfilment process, tracking notifications are automatically sent to the email address provided with the order when significant shipment events occur, including dispatch, arrival at logistics facilities, and local delivery updates.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to operational circumstances beyond normal processing activities. Where an order exceeds the expected delivery period, Productosparaviverismo will open an investigation with the relevant carrier. Following completion of the investigation, an appropriate resolution may include either a replacement shipment or a full refund.
5. Risk of Loss
For orders supplied to consumers within the European market, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods transfers to the customer only when the goods have been physically received by the customer or by a person identified by the customer to take possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under European consumer legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, notification should be submitted by email before the withdrawal period expires. Returned products should be sent back in accordance with the return instructions provided after the withdrawal request has been received. The right of withdrawal is subject to any exceptions permitted under applicable legislation.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or contains a defect upon delivery, the customer should contact Productosparaviverismo by email within a reasonable period after receipt and provide clear photographic evidence showing the condition of the product.
Where the submitted information confirms that the product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition, Productosparaviverismo may provide either a replacement product or a full refund, as appropriate. For products confirmed as damaged or defective upon delivery, return of the affected item is not required before the applicable resolution is provided.
8. Customer Communications
Order confirmations, shipment notifications, and other communications relating to an order are sent to the email address supplied during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and remains accessible.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing the operation of Productosparaviverismo. Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies within the customer’s country of residence, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
