1. Scope
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through Productosparaviverismo by customers located exclusively within the United States and European countries.
2. Order Processing
As a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand, we strictly manage our inventory. Orders are normally processed and undergo manual quality control within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
3. Delivery
Products are generally delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries are arranged through recognised international carriers, including DHL, FedEx, or UPS Priority services, depending on destination and operational availability.
Price Transparency: All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Productosparaviverismo handles all applicable customs, import duties, and local taxes, ensuring there are no hidden fees upon delivery.
Tracking notifications are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout at significant shipment stages, including dispatch, arrival at logistics facilities, and local delivery updates.
If delivery exceeds the standard estimated delivery period, Productosparaviverismo will immediately request an investigation from the relevant carrier. Following completion of the investigation, the appropriate outcome will be determined according to the investigation findings and may include either an expedited replacement shipment or a full refund, where appropriate.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under European consumer legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, customers should notify Productosparaviverismo by email before the withdrawal period expires. Returned products should be unused, complete, and returned in a condition suitable for inspection, except where the nature of the product or applicable law provides otherwise. Please note that for these discretionary returns (Right of Withdrawal), the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the customer should contact Productosparaviverismo by email within a reasonable timeframe and provide clear photographs showing the condition of the product.
Where the submitted information confirms that the product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition, Productosparaviverismo takes full responsibility and may provide either a free replacement product or a full refund, as appropriate. For products confirmed as damaged or defective upon delivery, return of the affected product is not required before the applicable resolution is provided.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued automatically using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., via Stripe), unless another lawful arrangement is agreed.
Depending on the payment method and the customer’s financial institution, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to securely appear on your statement.
